Age restrictions – 14-17.

Everyone WILL be asked to prove their age regardless of how old or young you may look. You MUST bring a valid form of PHOTO ID.

Ticket only event!

Queue Jump Pass – £5 – Limited Amount (THIS IS NOT A TICKET)
Pre Sale – £35
1st Release – £ 40
Final Release – £45
Group Ticket (4 for 3) – Limited Amount

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARE PICKED UP FROM THE EVENT WHEN IT FINISHES AS PUBLIC TRANSPORT CAN BE A LITTLE TRICKY FROM THE VENUE. IF NOT, PLEASE ALREADY HAVE ORGANISED A WAY OF GETTING HOME BEFORE YOU GET TO THE EVENT!!

PICK UP POINTS & TRANSPORT:

Nearest bus stop:

B1284-Four Lane Ends – turn left exiting venue (Routes: 35 Cherry, 35A, X20 X-lines)

Nearest train station:

Chester-le-street Station – Station Rd, Chester-le-Street DH3 3EE

Body and bag searches will be in place on the night. 

You may also be breathalysed as the venue operate a strict 0 tolerance policy and will be turned away. 

Metal detectors may also be used if felt appropriate to do So  

We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence or are found to be carrying alcohol or illegal substances.

BANNED ITEMS

You MUST read the banned items. You risk your items being taken off you and thrown in the bin if you bring them. We cannot be responsible for looking after them.

If you refuse to hand them in, you will be refused entry without a refund.

We reserve the right to remove anyone for any unruly behaviour without a refund.

ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence, found to be carrying alcohol/illegal substances or suspect you have taken something prior to the event.

REFUNDS

No refunds shall be given for any reasons you are turned away or can no longer make the event. If an act cancels and can no longer make the event due to unforeseen circumstances and the line up has to change slightly, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to Shutdown and not an arena single artist show, this is no fault of Shutdown. You will also not be entitled to a refund if the date and venue has to be changed for reasons out of our hands. The only time a refund shall be given is if the event has to be cancelled with no talk of a rescheduled date.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please refer back to this section regarding any COVID-19 updates, and how we are working to the government guidance and latest restrictions.

When purchasing tickets I understand I am purchasing them knowing that due to the current covid-19 crisis the date may have to be postponed further if things were to worsen again and that a refund is not possible but the ticket will be valid for the new postponed date, this also includes if the venue or line up has to change for reasons out of our hands.
